Vanguard charge out rate (COR) includes:
- Contractor’s gross hourly pay rate (including the wages tax payable)
- Nasfund superannuation
- Training levy
- Statutory insurances (Worker’s Compensation, Public Liability)
- Administration service fee
Add-ons, invoiced at cost plus 10% service fee may include:
- Special site and Shift Allowances
- Travel & Accommodation
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Medical / Medivac Insurances
2. Non – Citizen Contract Labour
- Hosted on Vanguard Limited’s Work Permit
Vanguard charges cover the following:
- Employee wages tax payable to PNG IRC
- Statutory insurances for – worker’s compensation and public liability,
- Administration service fee
Add-ons (as applicable and noted above) invoiced at cost plus 10% service fee.
